We Wear The Rainbow

Spring is here.

And with it came an onslaught of various pastel shades.

Though a true pastel lover, I also love very bold, bright, and commanding colors found in the rainbow, with it's rich, eye-catching hues.

And with summer fast approaching, COLOR is in.

It's fun to take a bright shade, and wear it in a very monochromatic way, focusing on one shade, and accessorizing accordingly.

But why stop at just one color?

Why not wear them all?

Why not just go right on ahead and put them all together on your body?

Why not be a walking rainbow?

It's a real thing to do.

And I'd like to show you what's up.

As a Christian, the rainbow holds deep significance to our faith. It was created to serve the purpose of being a sign, and remembrance of a promise, or promises that God has given to us.

When you see one cascading the sky after a fresh rain, or early dawn, it is almost impossible to not think about God, and how he masterfully paints them across a horizon for us to remember his reality and majesty.

And most importantly to reiterate in our thinking that he not only gives us promises, but keeps them.

As you take in the various looks that I put together please take the time to read the scriptures that I've added which reflect some of my favorite promises from God.

I hope to remind and inspire your faith in God, and provoke you to believe him above all else.

He's a promise keeper. Your trust in Him is a safe investment.

He's gone all out of the way of the paths and ways that I'd hoped and expected.

But he's never detoured from his own plan, which was mastered with the intent to provide me with purpose, and keep the promises that he'd given to me.

"The Lord himself will go ahead of you. He will be with you. He will never leave you. He’ll never desert you. So don’t be afraid. Don’t lose hope.” Deuteronomy 31:8
